See what each building costs, and approve large repairs before they're paid.
Invite your team, assign roles and permissions, and set approval limits, so office staff, supervisors and crews each see and do what their job requires.
$6.1B
in net economic benefits to U.S. industry from role-based access control between 1994 and 2009, according to a study commissioned by NIST.
Small service companies usually start with everyone sharing a login or everyone getting full access. It works until it doesn’t. A crew lead sees what every account is billed. A supervisor deletes a site by accident. A former employee’s account is still active three months after they left, with access to every customer’s contact list.
Spending is the other gap. A supervisor orders $2,000 of floor finish because a site asked for it, and nobody in the office approved it. The customer was never quoted for it, so the cost comes straight out of your margin.
Crews see their jobs, the office sees the business, and nobody commits money they shouldn’t.
Invite each person with the role that fits their job, such as office manager, supervisor or crew member. They get the access that role carries from their first sign-in.
Decide who sees contract pricing, who edits customer records and who can change the schedule. A crew member clocks in and closes out a job without seeing what it’s billed at.
Set how much each role can commit without sign-off. Anything above the limit goes to someone who can approve it, so spending matches what the customer is paying for.
Send invites to office staff, supervisors and crew members. Each person signs in with their own account.
Give each person a role. The role decides what they can see and change across accounts, schedules, work orders and invoices.
Decide what each role can approve on its own and where spending needs a second signature.
Promote a crew lead to supervisor, move someone to a new region, or remove access for someone who left, all in one place.
Contract pricing and margins are visible to the people who manage the relationship. Crews work from the scope and the schedule, which is all the job needs.
Approval limits catch the $2,000 supply order before it’s placed. Supervisors handle routine purchases on their own, and larger ones get a second look.
Removing someone’s access is a single change. Former employees lose access to your customer list the day they leave, not whenever someone remembers.
People can’t delete what they can’t edit. Limiting permissions to what each role needs prevents the accidental changes that take an afternoon to undo.
A new hire gets an invite with the right role and is ready for their first shift. Nobody spends an hour setting up access by hand.
Team seats are two on Free, ten on Starter and unlimited on Professional. On Professional, adding seasonal crew members doesn’t mean counting licenses.

Two on Free, ten on Starter and unlimited on Professional. Starter suits a company with a small office and a few crew leads, and Professional suits multi-crew operations that want everyone in the system.
Only if their role allows it. Permissions let you keep contract pricing and margins with the office and account owners, while crews see the scope, the schedule and their own jobs.
Spending a person commits on behalf of the company. Anything above their limit routes to someone with the authority to approve it before it goes ahead.
Employee management is your roster and reporting chain. Team management controls access to ClearFM: who’s invited, what each role can do and how much each person can approve.
