Our Mission
Facility management is one of the last major industries still running on email threads, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. Real estate organizations chase down vendors across half a dozen inboxes. Service providers lose hours every week reformatting the same information for every client. Contracts get buried. Invoices go missing. Maintenance requests fall through the cracks.
ClearFM exists to change that. We’re building the single platform where real estate managers and commercial service providers actually work together from the first RFP to the final invoice. By replacing the patchwork of tools both sides have lived with for decades, we give them back what they’ve been quietly losing: time, transparency, and trust.

Shawn is a technology-focused business leader with deep expertise in enterprise applications, APIs, and workflow automation. With experience spanning Oracle and Workato, he has helped large organizations streamline operations, connect fragmented systems, and leverage automation at scale.
Shawn founded ClearFM to drive better integration and automation to commercial real estate and facility services. Headquartered in the Twin Cities, the platform unifies RFPs, maintenance requests, vendor management, contracts, and payments – replacing the spreadsheets, email threads, and one-off systems that maintenance managers and service providers have lived with for decades.
